The organic garlic is marinated in the finest organic extra virgin olive oil and refined with rosemary, oregano and thyme. The carefully selected garlic cloves have a mild flavor and add that certain something to dishes such as salads, baked potatoes, fish or as an ingredient in sauces and marinades. The organic garlic is carefully harvested in Greece and processed by MANI in a natural way, without the addition of artificial preservatives.
Ideal for refining sauces and soups. Gives salads, fish or baked potatoes a sophisticated kick. Also delicious on its own on freshly toasted bread!
