Instant-Nudeln Miso Shiitake-Pilz

With these miso shiitake noodles, you can prepare a delicious lunch in no time at all. The miso makes the broth nice and hearty, while the shiitake mushrooms provide a mild mushroom flavor. A bowl of noodles that you can relax with. These organic instant noodles are made from rice and brown rice and are therefore gluten-free. The texture is fine and firm. Just right. We don't use any added sugar as the ingredients have enough flavor on their own. You fill the bowl with hot water and the bag of miso, let it stand for 7-8 minutes and you're done. Garnish with some furikake and spring onions and you have a super quick, delicious hot meal on the table. These are pure instant noodles with just the right balance. Practical if you don't have time or just want to enjoy it without a guilty conscience!

Put the noodles in a bowl and add the miso flavor sachet. * Pour in 350 ml boiling water, or just enough to cover the noodles. * Put the lid on and leave to stand for 7-8 minutes. * Stir well and enjoy.
