Enjoy the Ökoland fries in 100% Ökoland quality. The fries are freshly cut from whole organic potatoes. They are pre-baked and unsalted for individual seasoning. Can be portioned as required. Whether as a side dish or as a classic meal with ketchup or mayonnaise - Ökoland Crispy Fries can be served in a variety of ways. Note: Dextrose results in a uniform color, the amount added corresponds to the carbohydrates lost in the washing process.

Can be used as a potato side dish or meal. We recommend preparing in the oven or preferably in a hot air fryer. Preparation in the oven: Preheat the oven. Spread the desired quantity of frozen fries evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 18 minutes or at 180-190 °C fan oven for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.in the deep fryer: Heat the oil to 175 °C. Deep-fry the desired quantity of frozen fries for approx. 4-6 minutes until golden yellow.In the deep fryer: Deep-fry the desired quantity of frozen fries at 180 °C for approx. 13-15 minutes until golden yellow.Tip: Please avoid over-browning. The preparation time is reduced for smaller quantities.Ökoland wishes you bon appétit.
