Enjoy Ökoland croquettes in 100% Ökoland quality. This potato classic has an appealing shape without breading, is crispy, firm to the bite and has a really potatoy taste. The croquettes are made from freshly grated organic potatoes, pre-baked and with a natural, hearty rösti character.

Can be used as a side dish or snack with salads, roasts and meat dishes. Not just for festive occasions. We recommend preparing them in the oven or preferably in a hot air fryer.preparation in the oven: Preheat the oven. Spread evenly on the baking rack and middle shelf and bake at 200° C top/bottom heat or 180-190° C convection heat for approx. 12-15 minutes.In the pan: Fry in oil for approx. 6-7 minutes over a medium heat, turning several times.In the deep fryer: Heat the oil to 170° C and deep-fry for approx. 3.5-4 minutes.In the air fryer: Preheat to 200° C and bake for approx. 8-10 minutes. Maximum 300 g per preparation.Tip: Please avoid excessive browning.Ökoland wishes you bon appétit!
