Natural Cool provides you with fresh vegetables of the best Demeter and organic quality all year round. The vegetables are harvested at the optimum degree of ripeness, processed directly and individually deep-frozen. Enjoy a maximum of nutrients and vitamins.

for 450 g (approx. 2 portions): In a saucepan: Sauté finely chopped onions in vegetable fat or lard until translucent. Add the frozen kale and heat while stirring. Pour in some stock (approx. 125 ml), bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 50-60 minutes over a low heat in a closed pan, stirring several times. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg according to taste.tip: for quick preparation, we recommend using a pressure cooker with a cooking time of approx. 10-15 minutes.
