Schupfnudel-Pfanne mit edler Gemüsemischung

Mini potato noodles with fine vegetable mix (51%), mildly seasoned, deep-frozen. Only high-quality organic ingredients are used for Ökoland frozen dishes. The vegetables are frozen fresh from the harvest and a modern and gentle production process makes cooking much easier. The ingredients are mixed with the herbs and spices in such a way that the dishes can be cooked ready to serve in approx. 6 - 10 minutes with the addition of a few tablespoons of water or oil.

Can be used as a vegetarian main course.preparation in a pan (recommended): place the frozen box contents + 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat on the highest heat for 3-4 minutes. Then cook at a medium temperature for approx. 3-5 minutes. In the microwave: Place the frozen box contents in a microwave-safe container with a lid and cook for 2 x 7 minutes at 600 watts. Stir well halfway through. Leave the dish to rest for approx. 1 minute before eating and then stir to achieve a better temperature distribution.Ökoland wishes you bon appétit!
