Stromloser Joghurtbereiter für die kinderleichte Zubereitung von 1 Liter Joghurt. Bereiter kann zusätzlich zum Warmhalten / Kühlhalten von Speisen verwendet werden.
Instructions: Mix 1 sachet of My.Yo Ferment (or approx. 100 ml of fresh yogurt) with 1 liter of milk at room temperature in the inner container. Close the inner container with the lid. Pour 3/4 liter of boiling water (for kefir please use 1/2 liter of boiling water) into the maker, place the inner container inside and close the lid. The yoghurt is ready after 12---14 hours. The kefir is ready after 24 hours.
Inner container can be cleaned in the dishwasher, clean outer container with a damp cloth only.
